Notice of claimed infringement

Send your notice to the copyright agent named below. So that we can act on it, it should contain:

1. The work. A description of the work, mark or other protected material you believe has been infringed, with its registration number if it has one.
2. The material. The address of each page on sedelli.com where you believe the infringing material appears.
3. Your contact details. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, and the name of the company you represent if you are acting for one.

What we do with a notice

We review every notice promptly and in good faith. When a notice is complete, we take the listing or content in question down while we look into it, and we tell you what we have done. If a notice is missing something we need, we ask you for it. We keep a record of every notice and of what we did in response.

Counter-notice

If material was removed from this site because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, for example because you own the material or hold a license to use it, send a counter-notice to the same address. It should contain your physical or electronic signature, a description of the material and where it appeared before it was removed, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, mailing address and phone number. We review counter-notices promptly and restore anything we should not have removed.

False claims

Sending a notice is a serious step. Under United States copyright law, a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for the damages that result, including legal costs. Please make sure you own the rights you are claiming, or are authorized to act for the person who does, before you write to us.
