Privacy policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This website, sedelli.com, is operated by RAKIB LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Sedelli is a trade name of RAKIB LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, place an order or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the site you accept the practices described here. Our Terms of Service and this policy work together; where they differ on the handling of personal information, this policy applies.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and the details of what you bought. Payment is taken by our payment providers, who handle your card details on their own secure systems. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and the last four digits of the card, but we never see or store your full card number.
If you open an account we collect the details you give us when you set it up, along with your order history. If you contact us by email, phone or the contact form, we keep the message and the details you include in it. If you sign up for our emails we keep the email address you give us.
When you browse the site we collect information about the device and browser you are using, including your IP address, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and how you move through it. Most of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described below.
How we collect it
Some of this information you give us directly, for example at checkout, when you create an account, when you write to us or when you subscribe. Some of it is collected automatically by our website when you use it. The rest reaches us through the services that help us run the store, including Shopify, our payment providers, the carriers that deliver orders, the service we use for order tracking, and our analytics and advertising partners.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to take payment, to send you order confirmations and shipping updates, to answer your questions and handle returns, and to run your account if you have one. We use it to keep the site working and to understand how it is used, so that we can improve it. We use it to protect the store and our customers, including to detect and prevent fraud. And we use it to comply with the law and to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
If you have agreed to receive marketing emails from us, we use your email address to send them. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only where it is needed to run the store. Our website is hosted by Shopify, which processes the information you enter on the site in order to provide the store to you. Our payment providers receive what they need to take your payment. The fulfillment partners who prepare and ship your order receive your name, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered, along with your phone number or email address where a delivery needs it. Some of these partners operate outside the United States, which means your order information is transferred to and processed in the countries where they work. The carriers that deliver your order receive your name, address and phone number so that the package can reach you, and the service we use for order tracking receives your tracking number so that you can follow your delivery. Our analytics and advertising partners, including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), receive information about how you use the site as described in the two sections below. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our business or others.
Our relationship with Shopify
This store runs on Shopify, the platform that hosts it and processes your orders and payments. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your visit in order to provide and improve the store, and some of that processing takes place on servers outside the United States. Shopify's own handling of your information is described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and you can exercise certain rights over that information through the Shopify Privacy Portal.
We also use certain Shopify enhanced services that draw on personal information from your interactions with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify itself, in order to protect, grow and improve our business. To provide these services your information is shared with Shopify and with relevant third party service providers, which may be located outside your country. Shopify is responsible for its own processing of personal information for these enhanced services, including responding to privacy rights requests that relate to it.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential, and the site cannot work without them: they keep items in your cart, remember your session and help protect the checkout. Others help us understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics for this. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay and roughly where you are visiting from, and it uses cookies to do so. You can read how Google collects and processes this data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and you can prevent Google Analytics from recording your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you before one is placed, although some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
Advertising
We use information about how visitors use our site to advertise our products online. Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), show our ads on sites and apps across the internet. These vendors use cookies, pixels and similar identifiers to serve ads based on someone's past visits to our website. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, you can control how Meta uses this information through the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for this purpose through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to receive a copy of it. You may also have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can do that at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out for that browser. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and payments are handled over encrypted connections by our payment providers. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise that it will never be accessed without authorization. We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the store to you, to keep the records the law requires us to keep, to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms, and no longer.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States and sell only to customers in the United States. Some of the services we rely on, including Shopify, may process information on servers in other countries. Where that happens, the information remains covered by this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we start using a new service or when the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
