Lirassa is a floral blanket of 100% combed cotton, woven as four layers of muslin. On a cream ground there are large orange blooms, small blue and yellow details, and green leaves on branching stems. The colors come from dyed yarn woven into the cloth, so the pattern is part of the fabric itself and has no printed layer on top. The other side is a different color, and you choose which face goes up. Tassel fringe finishes the edges, and the blanket can go in the washing machine.

Where to use it

Use the larger size as the top layer on a queen bed, where it falls over both sides, or put the smaller size on a twin bed in a spare room. Either size can also be folded at the foot of the bed or laid over a sofa as a cover.
