Description

Lirelso, a chrome swing arm globe sconce

Lirelso holds a white globe at the end of a long chrome arm, well out from the wall. The arm telescopes and pivots left and right. You can swing the globe over a desk, a reading chair or the side of the bed, then push it back toward the wall when you're done. It plugs into a wall outlet, so it needs no electrical wiring, and a switch on the cord controls it. It comes supplied with three-color light. The body is metal with a chrome and white finish.

Where to put it

Put it on the wall beside the bed instead of a table lamp, or above a home office desk where you want the light brought over your work. In a living room, the wall next to an armchair is a good spot. Pick a place where its cord can reach a wall outlet.

What makes it good

It plugs into a wall outlet, so you can put it on a bedroom or living room wall without any electrical wiring.
The telescoping arm swings left and right, so you can bring the globe over a home office desk and move it away again.
Mounted on the wall beside the bed, it leaves the nightstand top free for a book and a glass of water.
A switch on the cord controls the light, whether it hangs at the bedside or in a living room corner by an armchair.
The chrome and the white globe suit a modern bedroom or living room. It comes supplied with three-color light.
