Its arm starts at a round wooden wall plate and curves down over the stone, with the bulb tucked underneath, so light falls down the wall and across whatever sits below rather than into your eyes. Power comes from a wall outlet, and it turns on and off at the lamp itself. The arm comes in gold brass or black.

Where to put it
