Nothing hides the bulb here, so the bulb you pick becomes the decoration on your wall. The straight arm and open ring hold it out from the wall like a small piece of metalwork.

A wall light without an electrician: its cord plugs into a wall outlet.
Simple on and off: turn the knob, with nothing to pair or download.
More room on your nightstand: it mounts on the wall beside the bed instead.

Description

Masirel, a bare bulb held in a ring

Masirel is a wall lamp with a straight arm that reaches out from a round wall fitting and ends in a horizontal ring. One E27 bulb stands upright through the ring, and the socket and a twisted cord hang below it. Nothing covers the bulb, so whichever one you pick is visible, and nothing narrows the light it gives. A knob turns it on and off. It runs on AC power from 90 to 260 V, and the body is iron with a plated finish in a copper color.

Where to put it

It works on a living room wall beside the sofa, or above a nightstand in a bedroom where a table lamp is eating space you would rather have back. It also suits a hallway wall. The ring is 4.9 in (12.5 cm) across.

Size and details

Type: wall lamp, shadeless, one light source
Sizes: ring 4.9 in (12.5 cm) across; wire 78.7 in (200 cm)
Material: iron body, plated finish, copper color
Light source: one E27 base LED bulb, bulb not included
Dimming: not dimmable
Control: knob switch
Power: AC, 90 to 260 V
Mounting: wall mounted, needs assembly
In the box: 1 wall lamp, bulb not included

How to install

Masirel needs assembly and mounts on the wall.

What you need: An E27 LED bulb, which the lamp does not come with.

Hold the lamp against the wall where you want it and check the height.
Assemble the lamp and fix it to the wall.
Fit your E27 LED bulb.
Turn the knob switch to light it.

Good to know

Order an E27 LED bulb at the same time as the lamp, because the box holds the lamp on its own.
The lamp is not dimmable, so the bulb you pick sets the level of light in the room.

What makes it good

The wall carries it, so nothing has to stand in a living room corner to light that side of the room.
It takes one E27 LED bulb, so you choose the bulb that suits the bedroom it goes in.
A knob turns it on and off. No app, nothing to pair first.
The open ring, 4.9 in (12.5 cm) across, holds the bulb in full view on a hallway wall.
An iron body with a plated finish in a copper color reads as a metal accent on a plain plaster wall.

THE WALL HOLDS IT UP

Masirel is wall mounted. The wall takes its weight, so nothing stands on the floor or on a table beside the sofa to hold the light up.

It needs assembly and mounts on the wall, and once it is up the arm and the ring reach out from the wall with the bulb upright in the ring.

A KNOB AND NOTHING ELSE

The lamp switches on and off with a knob switch.

It is not a smart device, so there is no app to open and nothing to pair.

BARE BULB IN THE HALLWAY

The ring measures 4.9 in (12.5 cm) across and holds the bulb on a hallway wall.

Nothing covers the bulb, so the one bulb the ring holds stands in full view on that stretch of wall.

Common questions

Is a bulb included?

What bulb does it take?

One E27 base LED bulb. The bulb stands upright through the ring, so it is in full view once it is in.

Is it dimmable?

No. It is not dimmable, so the light stays at the one level while it is on.

With a knob switch. It is not a smart device, so there is no app to open and nothing to pair.

What voltage does it run on?

AC power, 90 to 260 V.

How big is the ring and how long is the wire?

The ring is 4.9 in (12.5 cm) across and the wire runs 78.7 in (200 cm).
