Description

Remilta, a knitted flannel Christmas throw blanket

Remilta is a throw and nap blanket in a red and white checkerboard. Some squares are plain. Others carry a striped candy cane, each turned at a different angle, which keeps the pattern lively when you see it from across the room. The knitted polyester flannel has a finely textured surface and falls into loose folds over a chair or the back of the sofa. It measures 50 × 60 in (127 × 152 cm), enough to cover your lap and legs when you curl up. You can wash it by hand or in the machine.

Where to use it

Drape it over the back of the sofa or lay it across an armchair in a reading corner. For an afternoon nap, spread it on a window seat. Being a throw size, it covers a lap or a sofa seat. On a bed it lies folded across the foot and does not cover the mattress.
