Sarloma Motion Sensor Wall Sconce

Sale price$74.00

Get up at night and the hall lights itself as you step out. A soft, warm glow shows you the floor without the glare of the ceiling light.

  • No electrician, no socket nearby: a battery inside powers it, and the hardware to put it up comes in the box.
  • No cord left on the wall: you charge it with the included USB cable, then unplug it.
  • Fits where a lamp cannot: it is slim enough for the strip of wall beside a door frame.

NOTHING TO PLUG IN

The light holds its own charge, so the wall you choose does not need a socket and nothing connects to your house electrics.

That opens up the wall beside the bed, where a cord would otherwise have to cross the floor. The frosted section washes warm light across the wall around it instead of throwing a beam.

WARM LIGHT WITHOUT THE GLARE

Light leaves the frosted white section and spreads across the wall rather than pointing a beam down the floor. It gives 110 lumens of warm 3000K light, enough to show the way along a hallway at night without a bright edge in your eyes.

A button on the body lets you turn it on yourself and leave it on while you want it. The LED is built in and the body is wood, so what you see lit is the white section and the wall around it.

LIGHTS THE STAIRS AT NIGHT

A stairway is one of the places a wall light rarely reaches. The body is slim enough to sit low on that wall, close to the treads, where it puts light on the steps instead of on the ceiling above them.

It picks up movement as you reach the stairs and comes on by itself, so nobody has to find the switch for the main stair light. Light leaves the frosted section as a warm wash over the wall and the steps below it.
