Description

Sevarlo, a rechargeable black cone wall sconce

Sevarlo has a round black backplate, a slim straight arm and a broad cone shade, so it shows up as a clean dark shape on a pale wall. The body is iron and the shade is metal. It uses a 12 W LED light source on an E26 base and gives 1200 lumens. It runs on a rechargeable battery and needs no wiring, so you choose the spot by where you want the light. It works by remote control. You can adjust the brightness, which is handy for a lower light later in the evening.

Where to put it

Put it on the wall beside the bed, or on a stretch of wall beside a bedroom or hallway doorway. In a living room it gives you a second light on the wall by the sofa. Since it needs no wiring, it also works on an entryway or landing wall.

Fixed to the wall beside the bed, it leaves the nightstand clear.
You can turn the brightness down when the bedroom is winding down for the night.

CLEAR SHELF IN THE HALLWAY

It is wall mounted, so the light sits on the wall above the floating wooden shelf beside the doorway instead of on it. The shelf stays free for a cup and a book.

It is an LED wall light with a broad conical shade. On the wall it does the job of a lamp in the hallway, with no lamp standing on the shelf.
