Description

Siravel, a round glass lamp that glows

Siravel is a broad glass ring, 11.8 in (30 cm) across, with a rounded outer edge and a small reflective center set in the middle. When you switch it on, the LED inside lights the whole body and a halo spreads onto the wall around the rim. The ring gives a room something to look at as well as light. It runs on a cord from a wall outlet, and a touch switch turns it on and off. The LED light source is included. It is made for the wall, but it can also stand on a table.

Where to put it

Put it on a living room wall above the sofa or on a bedroom wall beside the bed, anywhere the cord can reach an outlet. It also stands on a table, so a sideboard, an entryway console or a home office desk will work too.

A touch switch turns the lamp on and off.

What makes it good

It runs from a wall outlet through its cord, so any living room wall works as long as an outlet is within reach.
A touch switch turns it on and off.
The LED is included, so you don't need to buy a bulb before putting it on a hallway or bedroom wall.
The body and shade are glass. When it is lit, the whole ring glows and casts a halo onto the wall behind it, so a plain living room wall gets a focal point.
It can go on a wall or stand on a table, for example a sideboard or a home office desk.
