Description

Tamosira, a knitted red and white throw

Tamosira is a rectangular knitted throw in red and white. Solid squares alternate with finely patterned ones in both colors, and from across the room the grid reads as a bold check. A knitted border runs around the edge. The throw is 100% polyester, and the knit is listed for all seasons with medium warmth, so it can stay out on the sofa all year. Spread it on the bed as an extra layer, or fold it up and take it along when you travel. To freshen it, wash it cold in the machine.

Where to use it

Lay it over the back of the sofa or an armchair in the living room, where it's close at hand for an evening on the couch. It also works as a blanket across the bed in the bedroom, and you can fold it up and take it on trips.
