Tesolla Cordless LED Wall Sconce

$166.00

Hang a little sunset on your wall and let its warm light spill onto the paint around it. With the light off, the colors still read like a picture.

Hang it where there is no socket: a rechargeable battery powers it, charged with the USB cable in the box.
A picture you can change: pull the cords at the bottom and the sun moves behind the colors.
Keeps the shelf below it clear: it lives on the wall instead of taking up surface space.

Description

Tesolla, a lit sunset panel for walls

Tesolla is a shallow square panel, 11.8 in (30 cm) across the face. The top of the face is yellow and orange, a red band runs through the middle, and the lower edge is dark. Behind it a bright circle reads as a sun. Light passes through the colors and spills onto the wall above and below. Cords hang from the bottom, and pulling one moves the sun. It is wireless and charges over USB, so nothing runs down the wall to a socket. The same sunset colors run around the frosted acrylic sides of the box.

Where to put it

Put it on a living room wall above a record player, and in a bedroom it gives a warm light once the main light is off. A hallway wall with no socket suits it. Indoor use only, and it is not waterproof, so keep it out of a bathroom.

How to install

Tesolla goes on the wall and charges over USB.

What you need: the USB cable that comes in the box.

Charge the panel with the USB cable in the box before it goes up.
Hold the panel against the wall and pick a height that keeps the cords at the bottom easy to reach.
Fix the panel to the wall.
Pull a cord to change the sun in the panel.

Good to know

Light comes through the colored face and spills onto the wall above and below, so leave some clear wall around the panel.
Indoor use only. It is not waterproof, so keep it out of a bathroom.

What makes it good

It is cordless, so a living room wall with no socket near it can still have light.
Pull the cords and the sun shifts behind the colors, so the picture on the wall changes when you want it to.
The warm light suits a bedroom at night, when a brighter working light would be too much.
It sits on the wall rather than on a surface, so the shelf or console below it stays clear.
Nothing wires it to one spot, so it can come down and go back up on another wall.

A BARE WALL IS ENOUGH

It is rechargeable and charges over USB.

The light comes from the panel itself, so the wall needs nothing behind it and no cable runs down to the floor.

IT GLOWS WARM AFTER DARK

The face gives a warm light.

The glow comes through the colored face and lands on the wall above and below it. With the light off, the sunset gradient still reads as a picture on the wall.

IT TAKES NO TABLE SPACE

The panel fixes to the wall like a framed picture, so the nightstand under it stays clear.

The face is 11.8 in (30 cm) square and the panel is shallow, and the warm light spills onto the wall around it.

Common questions

Does it need wiring or an electrician?

It is rechargeable and charges over USB with the cable in the box.

How do I charge it?

A USB charging cable comes with it. Plug that cable into the light to charge it.

How do I move the sun in the panel?

Use the cords that hang from the bottom of the panel. Pulling them moves the sun behind the sunset colors, so the picture on your wall is not always the same.

What color is the light?

Warm light. It comes through the yellow, orange and red panel, so the glow that lands on the wall around it picks up those colors.

How does it go on the wall?

It is wall mounted. Pick a spot where the panel sits at eye height or a little above.

Can it go in a bathroom or outside?

It is made for indoor use and it is not waterproof, so keep it out of a bathroom and off an outdoor wall. A dry indoor room suits it.

Is it enough light for a whole room?

It is an ambient light and a piece of wall decoration, so treat it as a second light in a room that already has a main one. In a bedroom it gives you a warm light for the evening.

Can I move it to another wall later?

Nothing wires it to one spot, so it can come down and go up somewhere else. Choose a height where you can still take hold of the cords.
