Tirvalo Glass Globe Lamp

$99.00

A shiny chrome coil holds up a frosted glass ball, so even when it is off it looks like a little sculpture. When you turn it on, the whole globe glows and lights up a shelf or nightstand.

Fits where space is tight: it is small enough for a nightstand, a shelf or a desk corner.
Pick the light you want: the lamp comes without a bulb, so it shines as bright as the bulb you choose.
Sits on any table or shelf near an outlet: the cord simply plugs into the wall.

Description

Tirvalo, a frosted globe on a chrome spring

Tirvalo has a frosted glass globe sitting on an open metal spring. The spring is plated in polished chrome, so the coil shines below the shade. The globe glows once you fit a bulb of your choice, as the lamp comes without one. The cord plugs into a wall outlet, and the lamp has a button switch for on and off. It is not dimmable, so its brightness depends on the bulb you pick. It stands 13.0 in (33 cm) tall and measures 5.9 in (15 cm) across, small enough for a nightstand or a shelf.

Where to put it

Put it on a bookshelf or a side table beside the sofa in the living room, or on a bedroom nightstand. It also works in the corner of a desk in a home office or on a small console by the door. Keep it close enough to a wall outlet for the cord to reach.
